Hello my name’s Johny,

I have found that by practicing meditation on a daily basis that it can lead to some profound benefits with respect to mental health, controlling addictions and achieving spirituality.

I would like to share with you my meditation technique.

First, find a dark room in your house.

Next, set a 30 minute timer on your phone.

Then, lie down and close your eyes.

Let your thoughts wander, and slowly bring your awareness to them.

The main goal of meditation is to bring your awareness from your thoughts to your breathing.

Over and over again until the 30 minute timer is up.

You may realize that towards the end of your meditation practice, when you are most relaxed, that some of your thoughts will have profound meaning.

Know to pay close attention to these thoughts, but also do not forget to bring back your awareness to your breathing.

Once the 30 minutes has concluded, it is a good idea to write down any thought or idea that has come to your attention.

If the thought or idea is one that you can act upon, such as a phone call to a friend or family member, that you have not reached out to for a long time. Be sure to perform the action before your next meditation session.
